1.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register and use jeta98, you must:

• Be the registered holder of the mobile number used for registration;
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a jeta98 employee.

1.2 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on jeta98. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update that information promptly if it changes.

1.3 Identity Verification

jeta98 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the temporary or permanent restriction of your account.

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeta98 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. jeta98 will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.

2.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify jeta98 support immediately via the contact details in the footer of this page. jeta98 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your jeta98 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course prior to closure. jeta98 may close or suspend your account at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required to do so under applicable law.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jeta98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved mobile financial services:

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your jeta98 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. jeta98 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered solely in your name.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. jeta98 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, typically within the same business day. jeta98 reserves the right to perform additional identity and payment verification checks before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if your account is under review, if verification requirements have not been met, or if jeta98 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

3.4 Fees

jeta98 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are entirely outside jeta98's control. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by jeta98 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods as stated on each individual promotion page. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated qualification criteria;
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;

4.2 Bonus Abuse

jeta98 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee bonus conversion, and exploiting errors or system vulnerabilities. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

5.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on jeta98, including live dealer tables and slots, are operated by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer action in real time. jeta98 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the game provider's server records, the server records shall prevail.

5.2 Sports Betting

Odds are correct at the time of bet placement. jeta98 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, suspended, or affected by proven irregularities. 5.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, software error, or manifest pricing or display error, jeta98 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Any winnings paid out as a result of an error are considered void and jeta98 reserves the right to recover such amounts from your account balance. jeta98 will not be held liable for any losses arising from technical interruptions outside its reasonable control.

Prohibited Activities

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game format;
• Engaging in or attempting any form of money laundering through the Platform;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain;

7.1 Platform Availability

jeta98 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or entirely free of errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect access. jeta98 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.

7.2 Financial Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited on the Platform through normal gameplay. jeta98 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.
